How do I place an order?

What are the “Terms and Conditions” of all sales?

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in our Beijing, China facility. We also own a US manufacturing facility called CareHealth America Corp located just southwest of Minneapolis, MN in Blue Earth, MN. Our facilities are cGMP compliant, and ISO 13485 registered.

Do you provide free samples?

We are happy to provide a limited number of free product samples to customers. Please contact our Sales Department at sales@whpm.com with your request.

Do you offer exclusive distributorships?

If you are interested in becoming an exclusive distributor in your area, we would be happy to review your marketing proposal, as well as your company history to determine options for exclusivity. Please contact sales@whpm.com.

Can I request special labeling?

We continue to offer flexible options in custom assembly alongside our branded products. As an OEM Manufacturer we can furnish custom designed pouches, labels, and kits to meet your specific needs.

If the product is not on your product list, does it mean it is unavailable?

We are happy to offer in-house product development services as well as custom product configurations. Please contact our Sales Department at sales@whpm.com with details of your request.

What is your Return Policy?

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and we will address all customer concerns promptly. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from W.H.P.M. Inc. prior to returning any product. Refunds or credits are given at the discretion of W.H.P.M. Inc. Authorized returns made at the customers request, and not resulting from action initiated by W.H.P.M. Inc., are subject to a 15% restocking fee. W.H.P.M. Inc. is not responsible for products that have expired, were used improperly, or were stored incorrectly.
